Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, simply fill out the form and we will make sure to process your request quickly to get you what you need on time. We will reach out to you if we need more info to complete the request.
For items that need to be returned to us, we will issue a pre-paid return label to the email address associated with your order. If you need to update your email or physical address, please contact us.
Our Return Policy
We know ordering online is stressful—especially for which is why we our return policy is straightforward and easy to understand:
- You can return or exchange any items in your order within 30 days of purchase.
- All suit items must be unworn and in the same condition that they were received.
- Personalized gift items will not be accepted for a return or exchange unless they are damaged upon delivery.
- Refunds for returned product will be processed as soon as the items are received. You will receive an email notification confirming the credit to your original payment method once the return is confirmed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Standard shipping for exchanges is free. See below for more information.

Shipping & Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event you would like to return your order, a refund will only be issued for products returned.
Standard shipping on exchanges is free. Exchanges requiring expedited shipping are subject an additional charge to cover shipping fees.
While our free exchanges/returns policy does not apply to international orders, we are working on it! In the meantime, if you need an international order set up, we can absolutely do that for you. Simply contact us and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote and set an order up for you.
